Comfort Yourself

During these dark,chilly December days, we all need to take care of ourselves as we get ready for the Christmas season. Nothing better than to treat yourself to some comfort food to keep the blues away. Maybe a serving of hot soup or a nutritious stew…I’ve chosen some hot, buttered crumpets with jam to accompany my afternoon cuppa! Not quite as healthy but so, so comforting!
