3 sausage rolls, apple
Dinner
Pasta with tomato, bean and bacon sauce, plum
Snack 
low fat yoghurt
Drinks
Tea with skimmed milk and sweetener, water, small glass of merlot

  1. sounds great. i had porridge with prunes, apple and yoghurt so far.out today so not sure about lunch. dinner is the famous bucket soup as its freezing here with snow not too far away from us. it will get colder i know but i don't handle the cold with my back pain so i prefer it warmer. busy day today so best get moving and see if i can fit in exercise some time later. have a nice weekend.
