Food diary for Wednesday 23rd May.

Breakfast
2 weetabix, skimmed milk, orange juice, banana.
Lunch
2 Slices of cheese on toast, tsp of ketchup, apple
Dinner
Chicken noodle stir fry with veg and edame beans, plum
Snacks
low fat yoghurt
Drinks
Tea with skimmed milk and a sweetener, low sugar cordial, water
Exercise
Carrying up shopping bags to my 1st floor kitchen!!
