Weigh in and food diary.

Weight:– 15st. 10lbs.  Lost= 3lbs.  overall weight loss = 4lbs. πŸ™‚

2 weetabix, skimmed milk, banana, orange juice.
2 boiled eggs, 2 slices toast with flora and marmite, apple.
3 slices of lean ham, mixed salad, small jacket potato, pear.
low fat yoghurt, 1 rich tea biscuit.
Tea with skimmed milk and sweetener, low sugar cordial, water.

EXTEND fitness session.
Gym workout.

  1. you are inspiring me to be better behaved. i think i am on the computer too much and might just write on my list, times that i can sit and check emails and only do it then instead of wasting time. if i move more i am likely to lose more. hey, that rhymes. breakfast today will be, sultana bran, skim milk, a yellow kiwi fruit and 2 spoons of low fat yoghurt. not sure about lunch as i am out today but taking a banana for a snack.i still have leftover eggplant rissoles and veges for dinner. must load and post that photo of them one day soon.better run. keep up the good work.
