Food diary.

Breakfast
2 weetabix, skimmed milk, banana, orange juice
Lunch
2 small baps with flora, corned beef, spring onion, tsp low fat mayonaise, low fat crisps, apple
Dinner
Chicken and garlic pizza, low fat coleslaw and potato salad, pear
Snack
Low fat yoghurt
Drinks
Tea with skimmed milk and 1 sweetener, water.
