Food diary. Saturday 19th May.

Breakfast
2 Weetabix, skimmed milk, banana, orange juice.
Lunch
2 small wholemeal rolls, tongue, flora, low fat crisps, apple.
Dinner
Ham and asparagus toad in the hole, crispy bistro salad dressed with balsamic vinegar, orange.
Snack
low fat yoghurt.
Drinks
Tea with skimmed milk and sweetener, water, small glass merlot.
