Food Diary

Breakfast
2 weetabix, skimmed milk, banana
Lunch
2 small balms with 3 rashers of grilled bacon & fresh tomato, apple.
Dinner
100g pasta with onion, garlic, peppered spam, tomatoes, mixed beans & basil, orange.
Snack
low fat yoghurt.
Drinks
Tea with skimmed milk & sweetener, 1 coffee with skimmed milk & sweetener, low sugar blackcurrant cordial, water, small glass of red wine.
