Food Diary. Thursday 17th May.

Breakfast
2 weetabix, skimmed milk, banana, orange juice.
Lunch
Cheese and tomatoes on toast, apple
Dinner
Savoury minced steak with onion, garlic, celery, carrot, tomatoes and potatoes, orange.
Snack
Low fat fruit yoghurt.
Drinks
Tea throughout the day with skimmed milk and a sweetener, water.
