Food Diary.

Breakfast
Porridge, apple, orange juice.
Lunch
Tongue sandwich with 6oz bread, fresh tomato and scrape of Flora, pear.
Dinner
Chicken, vegetable and bean sprout stir fry, pear.
Drinks
Tea with skimmed milk and a sweetener, water.
Snack
Low fat yoghurt.
Exercise
Gym workout

  1. hmm, i am thinking porridge is the go today too. i will have mine with prunes and a spoonful of yoghurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.Its freezing cold with wind here so something warm will be good. i am making bucket soup later so won't have to cook much for a day or 2 as i have it for lunch too.i have had a mandarin so far today and boiling water with slices of ginger, 1/2 tsp of real bee honey, squeeze of lemon. good detox. 2 cups of tea and the treadmill is starting to look inviting. Lost half a kilo chasing the grandchild and gardening yesterday but feeling the pain too.
