Cover to Cover. Day 5. More than one way.

Drew a little diagram with the albums I think I will need. I think I shall largely use Shimelle’s system and see how it goes. I’m never going to catch up with all the photos I want to scrap, so apart from GS’s album I’m just going to start from where I am and just add a few important extras each time I review the albums.

These are the albums I’ve decided to make:-

  • 2012 in chronological order.
  • GS1 from birth to 15th March 2012.
  • Both GSs from March 2012.
  • Pre-2012 layouts in chronological order
  • Heritage…these will only be in rough order because not many are dated and there are a few from the 1880s. Just info about the life and location of the people in the photo.
  • Special Occasion albums as they arise.
  • Holidays from 2008 onwards.

I won’t be able to start all these albums at once….I’ll have to save up some money to buy the albums and the extras!!!! So for now, I’ll be working on the 2012 and GS albums and just filing the other layouts in a spare album.

  1. Fabulous job, Irene! I missed the info about Shim's new class and wouldn't have had any time for it anyway just now – hope to buy it next month when the budget is back on! šŸ˜‰

  2. good work. just having a look to see what this is about and i might do it next time round too. i just don't have the time at present to get so many things done but when i finish my 6 books maybe. i am up to no. 4 after finishing 3 last night. i just need about 24 more hours in a day.
